HOTDOC

We use HOTDOC, a secure platform, to enable us to communicate with you, our patients, and for you to manage your own appointments. We can send you appointment reminders, health information and ask you for payment after an appointment. We do not share =your health information with HOTDOC.

You, the patient, can use HOTDOC to book appointments, confirms or cancel appointments, and check in for your consultation. You can now also pay for your consultation with HOTDOC.

We strongly encourage you to download the HOTDOC app.

Masks

If you have respiratory symptoms, we would appreciate it if you would use a mask and please inform reception.

Skin Accredited Specialist

Dr Lester Nazareth is an accredited Skin Specialist. Surgical procedures performed at this clinic are not bulk billed (even for pensioners).

4Cyte Pathology

Onsite pathology collections from 4Cyte Pathology available each weekday morning from 8:00am to 12:00 noon. No appointments required.

Recalls and Reminders

Our recalls for cervical screening, health checks, immunization and the like will now be delivered by SMS. You can opt out of this service if you wish.
